Dual hand pockets with internal mesh phone sleeves separate your phone from keys and keep your carry comfortably away from the action when pedalling. $350.00
The next generation of Assos' flagship WorldTour bib shorts, re-engineered with lower weight, increased cooling breathability, and more comfortable, body-wrapping compression from waist to raw-cut leg openings. Available here in a standard leg length. The critical updates to the new EQUIPE RS shorts are a new textile and a new insert. The new textile, Type.911, allowed them to completely reengineer the cut, reducing the seam count and wrinkles while micro-adjusting fit across the legs and waist. It also let them eliminate the rollBar bib strap design, because Type.911 is more elastic and more compressive than the Type.441 used on the previous generation. Rather than merely suspended from bib straps, the S11 shorts envelope the rider’s body in omnidirectional, body-mapped stability. The new RS S11 insert’s top sheet is both softer against the body and more durable for washing, and it has an improved odor control treatment while maintaining its predecessor’s cooling airflow, micro-shock damping, and low-volume, lightweight profile.
$329.99
Centred around a custom Force platform chamois, the RK2 delivers plush comfort and cooling airflow thanks to minimal, breathable fabrics and an innovative cut-away front section. Clean Finish Construction and light, cooling body fabric provide the perfect environment for race day, while a compressive fit assures stellar stretch and recovery. Seamless, clean-cut edges at the legs do away with overeager grippers, extending body fabric to the hem to support without squeezing.

The name says it all. The Premio Jersey is designed for maximum comfort and performance. Castelli took the technology and fabrics used in the Premio Bibshort and adapted them into the jerseys. Two separate stretch woven fabrics provide numerous benefits: great fit, excellent moisture management, maximum aerodynamics, light weight, durability, and a beautiful smooth finish with a premium feel. The sleeves have a ribbed construction like the Premio short for a snug but not tight fit and an exact color match. The recycled polyester stretch woven fabric on the body is lightweight, soft, and stretchy for an excellent fit. It's also excellent at wicking away sweat on those hot days. To finish the Premio Jersey, they've paid close attention to all the little details as well, such as the zipper pull and the gripper elastic. When they brought out the Premio Black Bibshort, everyone asked, "What jersey do I wear with it?" Here's the jersey that matches perfectly, in style, comfort, and performance.

INNOVATIVE EVOLUTION The Free Aero RC Short is Castelli's top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that they've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original Free Aero Race Short was first introduced, initially as their top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Giri d'Italia, one Vuelta and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad that Castelli knows how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel Free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel Free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate Skin Care Layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel Free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending Castelli has ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% Lycra® with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability.

When Castelli set out to make this bibshort, the idea was to make the short that they would grab the moment it's dry after being washed, no matter what kind of ride is on the calendar for that day. So that's what they did. First, they developed a soft, stretchy fabric that feels amazing on the skin the second you put the short on. This fabric forms and moves with the body without being tight or constrictive. They paid extra attention to the fit to make sure everything stays where you want it, but they added silicone gripper at the leg ending just to make sure your tan line stays crisp. The mesh bib straps are stretchy while allowing extra ventilation. Of course, they've used our Progetto X2 Air seat pad for all-day comfort. Finally, they added some extra details like a rear pocket for storage and reflective tabs for added safety. All of this makes the Espresso our, and your, new favorite bibshort.

When Castelli set out to make this jersey, they wanted the jersey that they'd always reach for the second it was washed and dry after the last time we wore it. No matter if you normally wear an aero race-fit jersey or a more regular cut jersey, the Espresso will be your new favorite jersey. First, they focused on the fit and fabric of this jersey. They developed a fabric that would allow for a close-to-body fit without being constrictive or feeling tight. The fabric they developed also offers great breathability and moisture management, and as an added bonus, they found that the fabric tests well in the wind tunnel too! Next, they focused on the waist and pockets so that you can load up the pockets when a long day is in store and nothing moves around. There is a fourth zippered security pocket to keep your valuables safe. Finally, they use a tried and trusted full-length YKK® Vislon® zipper. They're sure that this will be the jersey you always go to, no matter what the ride is that day, because Espresso is always a good idea.
