If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase. You can exchange your item(s), or you can receive a full refund with proof of purchase. 

  • Items must be in original condition (unused/unworn with original packaging)
  • Proof of purchase required (receipt / e-receipt)
  • Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
  • Footwear exchanges and refunds will be issued if the product has not been worn outdoors and is in good condition. 

Final Sale items:

  • For hygienic reasons, the following are considered as final sale items: swimwear, undergarments (briefs / boxers), face masks, nutritional and food products.
  • Gift Cards are considered a final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

How to return items:

All purchases made in our retail stores and our online store can be returned in the following 2 ways. 

In Store Returns

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at our retail locations currently.
  • You can either mail in your return or wait until our retail locations are open for regular business operations.
  • We have temporarily extended our return policy to June 3, 2021*
    • Qualifying items purchased from March 7 2021 - May 5, 2021 can be returned in person after May 5, 2021*.

Mail In Returns

  • We have temporarily extended our return policy to June 3, 2021*
    • Qualifying items purchased from March 7, 2021 - May 5, 2021 can be mailed to our distribution center*
      • (*dates are subject to chage)

    • Returns must be mailed to our distribution centre.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
    • Should you choose to exchange your item(s), you will not be charged shipping for your exchanged shipment.
  • Please include the following:
    •A note as to why you are returning the item(s)
    •Your order number or copy of your sales receipt
    •Any additional information to help our return team process your  return
