Light and performant, Salomon's S/Max eSKIN racing classic ski delivers a precise, secure and silent grip with a skin in all snow conditions, making it ideal for skiers looking for racing sensations.

Built in the S/LAB Carbon Classic mold, this skin ski combines all the performance of a World Cup classic ski, while offering more convenience and versatility.

The sharp, light, safe and precise carbon loaded Shift Race binding is made for racing. It helps you improve your grip and glide by adjusting its positioning on the plate.

Just slide the light and performant Shift Race binding on the plate to optimize your grip and glide.

Ski Size and Body Weight

  • Ski Size 188 Medium --> 120 to 145lbs or 60 to 70kg

  • Ski Size 196 Medium --> 130 to 155lbs or 65 to 75kg 

  • Ski Size 201 Medium --> 155 to 175lbs or 75 to 90kg

  • Ski Size 206 Medium --> 175 to 200lbs or 90 to 100kg

Nordic ski length is determined by user weight on the ski (body weight + equipment/clothing, water etc). Height does not factor in unless the user fits into 2 overlapping ski lengths.

Salomon camber (ski stifness) tests their nodic skis. As stifness can vary by a few pounds during manufacturing, use the MyCustom Ski size chart sticker on each pair of skis to get the perfect match for you.

Salomon's S-CORE 45 combines the proven durability of Densolite with the low weight of recycled PET foam - nine recycled plastic bottles make up 45% of the core's weight (for a 201cm ski).

Salomon's eSKIN uses 100% mohair which provides the perfect balance between grip and glide. You can change it manually if you want to use eSKINRACE to be in race mode!

These skis are supplied with a universal, fluorine-free wax from Swix. You just need to scrape off the excess wax from the pad, and you can enjoy long-lasting gliding right away!
