Details

Whether you’re dropping into powder-filled back bowls, cruising your favorite groomer, or stepping out of bounds with a setup for spring touring, the multi-talented QST 92 has all the technology you need to access the entire mountain. Lightweight but power-driven, QST 92 shines as conditions change throughout the day, without wearing you out.

VERSATILITY & ACCESSIBLITY
A 92mm waist, rockered tip and tail, camber underfoot, and a lively poplar wood core create an accessible ski for all levels of skiers, looking to build confidence and skills.

Maneuverability & Agility
The Lux’s progressive freeride sidecut offers smooth turn initiation, making it easy to role edge to edge in tight trees, on groomers, and when it counts on the steeps.

Power & Confidence
C/FX carbon in the tip and tail provide increased power and edge grip. The Cork Damplifier creates confidence-boosting stability when arcing perfect turns.

Picking the correct ski size?

There is no one size for one height and weight. The general rule is to pick a ski that is going to land somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Within your size range there are multiple reasons to choose a shorter or longer ski.

Reasons for Shorter Ski’s, closer to your chin:

  • beginner or intermediate skier
  • Your weight is lighter than average for your height
  • You like to make short, quick turns

Reasons to size your skis longer, closer to the top of your head:

  • skiing fast and aggressively
  • You weigh more than average for your height
  • The majority of your skiing off the trail
  • Skis have significant rocker in the tip

A shorter ski will be easier to turn yet not as stable as a longer ski. A carving ski with a skinnier waist and a smaller turn radius can be skied at a shorter length than an all mountain or a freeride ski with larger, longer turn radius and fatter waist width.
