Ski Size and Body Weight

• Ski Size 180 Medium --> 85 to 120lbs or <40 to 55kg

• Ski Size 188 Medium --> 110 to 145lbs or 50 to 65kg

• Ski Size 196 Medium --> 130 to 165lbs or 60 to 75kg 

• Ski Size 201 Medium --> 155 to 190lbs or 70 to 85kg

• Ski Size 206 Medium --> 175 to 210lbs or 80 to 95kg

Nordic ski length is determined by user weight on the ski (body weight + equipment/clothing, water etc). Height does not factor in unless the user fits into 2 overlapping ski lengths.
