Ski Size and Body Weight

• Ski Size 179 --> 110 to 155 lbs or 55 to 70 kg

• Ski Size 186 --> 130 to 175 lbs or 60 to 80 kg

• Ski Size 191 --> 155 to 200 lbs or 70 to 90 kg

Nordic ski length is determined by user weight on the ski (body weight + equipment/clothing, water etc). Height does not factor in unless the user fits into 2 overlapping ski lengths.

Salomon camber (ski stifness) tests their nodic skis. As stifness can vary by a few pounds during manufacturing, use the MyCustom Ski size chart sticker on each pair of skis to get the perfect match for you.
