The HOKA Torrent 3 is a versatile and nimble trail running shoe perfect for everything from short trail runs to ultramarathon distances.

The HOKA Torrent 3 keeps many of the same popular features from the previous version, but brings a few key updates to the table. Maintaining the use of HOKA's PROFLY midsole technology, the Torrent 3 continues to provide the best of both worlds with a soft landing upon impact and a firmer, more responsive toe-off. Nestled under the midsole are fairly aggressive multidirectional lugs with strategically placed sticky rubber for durable grip on all kinds of natural surfaces. In this update, HOKA has fine-tuned the rubber compound to be stickier and durable than previous versions, allowing for excellent grip as you tear through rough or slippery trails.

The upper has also been updated with a lighter and more breathable design. Paired down from double layer mesh to a single layer engineered mesh with a TPU overlay for added support, the new upper balances adaptable comfort with structure where you need it. Overall, the HOKA Torrent 3 continues to deliver comfort and versatility on the trail no matter your chosen distance or terrain.
