You will find in this dish all the comfort of an excellent stew. Composed of large pieces of braised beef, vegetables and sliced potatoes, this delicacy is simmered in a demi-glace sauce. A hint of garlic and herbs de Provence enhance the flavour.

A true rendition of this traditional dish that will surely delight everyone.

Weight for 1 portion envelope : 130 g

Weight for 2 portions envelope : 290 g

Dried potatoes (sulphites),

Freeze-Dried Beef (beef, onion, spices),

Sauce [glucose solids, hydrolysed corn protein, whole milk powder, potato starch, corn starch, garlic powder, sugar, caramel (sulphites), yeast extract, onion powder, salt, tomato powder, spices, dried herbs],

Freeze-Dried Vegetables (peas, carrots/corn), dried onions.

Made in a factory where there are: nuts, peanuts, sesame, egg, fish, sea food, soya, wheat, mustard.

Standard Preparation

Combine the cold water (400-500 ml/serving) and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

With Insulating Pan Cover

Simmer 2 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
