The Register Mips® Helmet combines sleek design and lightweight construction to match your style on the road or trail.

Made in a comfortable Universal Fit size with our convenient Roc Loc Sport fit system, the Register adjusts with a simple turn of the dial so you can tune the fit in seconds.

Meanwhile, a range of colors lets you choose exactly how your on-bike style comes together.

The Register Mips® helmet also has an integrated Multi-Directional Impact Protection System, which can redirect energy and provide more protection in certain impacts.

Hardshell With In-Mold Hardbody Lower Wrap

The two-piece shell combines a tough outer hard shell with a polycarbonate lower shell permanently fused to the liner for durability without excess weight.

Integrated MIPS® Brain Protection System

The goal of Giro's Integrated Mips®-equipped helmets is to reduce rotational forces while enhancing fit and comfort by combining the Mips slip plane with the helmet's adjustable fit system.

 

ROC LOC® Sport Fit System

The Roc Loc Sport Mips fit system offers easy one-handed operation with a 7cm adjustment range. Its confident clicking feel and sound lets riders know that the helmet is adjusting to a comfortable fit. With comfort similar to Roc Loc 5 and ponytail compatibility, the new Roc Loc Sport Mips fit system brings premium function to sport-level helmets.

Note: Make sure the helmet fits with a little room when the fit system is loose, and sits low enough to protect your forehead without hindering your vision. Once you’ve got the right size, you can adjust the fit.

How To Adjust The Fit

  1. If the helmet has one, adjust the fit system at the rear of the helmet for a snug, secure fit. Some fit systems also include a vertical tuning feature that allows you to adjust the fore/aft tilt, for optimal positioning on your head.
  2. Adjust the straps so that they sit just below the earlobes.
  3. Adjust the buckle so that it rests against the back of the jaw/throat.
  4. Adjust the interior pads if needed.
  5. Check the fit to make sure helmet is comfortable and secure. It should not roll forward or back, or be able to slide off.
