The BC Link™ Two-Way Radio 2.0 will maximize your line—and maximize your safety–now with twice the power. NOTE: Only approved for use in North America.

The BC Link™ Two-Way Radio 2.0 is our next generation radio with 2 Watts of power for increased usable range. Smart Mic grill is impervious to packing with snow. On/off/channel selection dial switch is protected from inadvertent channel changing. Comes with a long-lasting built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, durable cord/base unit, and a new battery percentage power display. Integrates into all Float avalanche airbags and Stash backpacks.

Find separated friends, communicate plans, stick your line, and share observations in real-time with the BC Link group communication system.

The Smart Mic user interface is located at your fingertips: to change settings, no need to dig the radio from your pack.

The battery lasts for several days without recharging, even in cold temps. Link 2.0 improves on the current BCA system, with more power, more durability, and more weather resistance.

TO CHARGE THE INTEGRATED BATTERY

Attach the micro-USB cable to the micro-USB port in the battery. (You can use any powered USB port to recharge but the use of the recharger provided with the package is recommended.)

 

TO VIEW THE BATTERY PERCENTAGE LEVEL

Press the up and down arrows on your radio simultaneously. The battery charge level will be shown in percentage in the lower right corner of the radio display window. You may also view the battery power icon in the upper left on your radio.

Warranty Returns (defective product, product failure)


All BCA products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect.

  • Items will be warrantied at the discretion of Backcountry Access.
  • BCA does not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, damages caused by alterations made by the owner, accidents, or damages caused by use other than intended.

Tracker Avalanche Transceivers – Limited 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • If you are experiencing issues with your Tracker, and are unsure of the age of your Tracker beacon, please fill the Warranty Form with a purchase date estimate and submit.
  • We encourage you to perform a yearly beacon check by following the operating instructions in our Tracker Product manuals and to practice with your beacon in the pre-season, prior to heading out in the backcountry.
  • Avalanche transceivers cannot be returned for testing/recalibration.

All Other BCA Products – Limited 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

  • Out of warranty products are eligible for the BCA upgrade program (see info below).
