The Alpha™ Spoon, Fork & Knife cutlery set uses a hard anodized durable aluminum for optimum strength to weight. This hardened shell also encapsulates the aluminum so there is no risk of the alloy leaching into food. The spoon, fork, and knife of the Alpha Set all have a hexagonal hole (3mm, 4mm or 5mm) in the handle which can be used as a wrench for stove repair. NOTE: the cleanser used in dishwashers will damage the anodization, so Alpha Cutlery should not be washed in a dishwasher. Length: 6.5 in / 16.5cm weight: 1.3 oz / 37g
