We are please to inform you that our stores are now OPEN
We continue to follow public health guidelines for retail to ensure the health and wellness of our staff and customers.
Some things have changed since the last time you visited one of our retail locations, below are the steps we are taking.
The following changes will be in effect starting Thursday May 21st.
  • Limited Store Hours:
    • 10:00am – 5:00pm,  Tuesday - Sunday
  • Distancing
    • Stores have been reworked to allow for social distancing
    • We are monitoring customer traffic and regulating flow into our stores to ensure proper social distancing are met
    • Social distancing floor markers have been installed in service areas such as our cash and bike repair line ups.
  • We are offering free shipping on all online orders over $49.00*
    • *There will be a $12 shipping charge for any order under $49.00 *exception for very heavy and/or large items. See full shipping policy.
    • We are offering curbside pickup for online orders.
      • Please note that curbside pickup orders will typically be ready for pickup in 5 - 7 business days.
      • When an online order is placed for curbside pickup, you will receive a order confirmation (1 of 2 emails), when your online order is ready for curbside pickup you will receive an email (2 of 2 emails) that confirms the Date & Time after which your online order will be available for pickup.
      • Online orders containing special order item(s) will delay curbside pickup.
If you have questions bout a bicycle purchase please contact our stores during business hours or send our stores an email.
We are offering curbside drop off and pick for bikes for those who prefer not to enter our buildings
If you choose this option, please contact your store of choice during business hours for instructions.

Steps we are taking
  • Payment
    • Credit and Debit payments only to minimize person to person contact.
      • Tap limit increased to $250 to help reduce the need to touch the terminal
  • Sanitizing & Cleaning
    • We continue to frequently sanitize and clean our stores & distribution center
    • We have set up hand sanitizing stations at store entrances and in-store
  • Staff & Customer Wellness
    • We continue to inform our co-workers and customers about preventative hygiene methods and ensuring co-workers can stay home if they are not feeling well
    • We continue to encourage responsible containment measures by ensuring co-works who are required to be quarantined will be supported during that time
    • We have reduced out store hours of operation to Tuesday - Sunday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Product Returns
  • We are now accepting returns & exchanges in-store
  • We have implemented a quarantine protocol for all returns & exchanges
  • You may also return your items by mail, please visit our Return Policy (click here)
Restricted Areas
  • Bike fit studios remain closed
  • Change rooms remain closed
  • Bathrooms remain closed
