If you would like to bring your bike in for service you will need to book an appointment for most bike services.
- We will not be able to accommodate the drop off of your bike for service without an appointment, except for the basic services listed below.
- If you need a service that does not require an appointment you can bring your bike to our service centers and we will take care of the service as quickly as possible.
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR
- Flat repair, tire and/or tube change This does not include tubeless (typical wait time- up to 24 hours)
- Bushtukah lifetime service adjustments (typical wait time - up to 24 hours)
- Basic parts installation - examples: fenders, rear rack, kickstand, saddle, pedals, computer (typical wait time up to 24 hours)
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR
Any service NOT listed to the left including the following
- Service packages
- Tubeless tire installation
- Wheel truing
- Cable and housing replacement
